Supersoft is a physical water treatment system that does NOT use chemicals or salt. It does not change the chemical mixture of the water. Instead, it changes the physical characteristics of the scale crystals in a way that the scale particles lose their adhesive power and does not stick to the pipes. Supersoft does not need to have direct contact with the water and sits outside of the pipe. It treats the water with electric impulses which are generated in the electronic unit and are controlled by micro controller chip. The signal frequencies are transmitted via the impulse bands that are wrapped around the pipe. The bands interact as pairs and form a frequency-field that changes the crystals in the water as it flows by. These crystals being bigger in size flows away with the water without sticking to pipes. SUPERSOFT DESCALING EFFECTS
1. SUPERSOFT STOPS SCALING ON SURFACES :
Descaler modifies the Crystallization of calcium. There by the scale loses its adhesive characteristic and is washed away with the water-flow as a fine powder.

2. SUPERSOFT REMOVES OLD SCALE :
Descaler slowly and carefully dissolves the existing incrustations in the piping system by producing Carbonic acid as a byproduct.
This Carbonic acid slowly breaks down the existing scale deposits. This is referred to as the “natural resolving process”.

3. SUPERSOFT PROTECTS AGAINST CORROSION AND RUST :
Descaler initiates electrophoresis process there by it produces a protective layer of metal carbonate which gives protection against corrosion and rust.
